Vinification and maturation: 
Grapes are destemmed and pressed softly; the fermentation occurs in 100-300 hl in ox tanks at25-26°C with mass and grape skins for 8-10 days. The malolactic fermentation starts after first racking off with selected bacteria. The fining period is realized for 30% of the total wine in barrel for 9 months.

Intense red ruby color, with violet hue.

Palate: 
Complex and mouth filling with well-balanced acidity supporting clear, fruity and spicy notes. It is very elegant with a long lasting finish.
